Who We Are
VOAG was founded in 2015 by Robert Vojtkiv (Director). With extensive experience in both the construction and poultry industry. Robert was perfectly set up to expand from his base in Victoria to the largest chicken growing area in Australia, the Riverina, NSW, where the demand for contract growers was increasing rapidly.
The expansion of Baiada’s processing facility in Griffith saw VOAG grow from its first eight sheds to 40 in just three years. As at June 2022 VOAG had successfully completed the development of 80 sheds in total, being five farms with 16 sheds each.
Construction and organisation of such a large project requires highly skilled and experienced professionals. VOAG has consolidated a team that meet – and indeed surpass – these requirements. Every shed and every farm has been built on time, on budget and more importantly, to the exact high standards that are required of the largest private poultry processor in Australia.
As VOAG increases in size the operational side has continued to flourish. A small and effective team to start, VOAG has managed to obtain the very best people from around the world, whilst maintaining a close-knit, family orientated working environment.
Our team is the best group of experts in their field, operating with the most technologically advanced equipment in the poultry industry today. Robert has always believed that to produce the best performance you need the best people – and that is what defines VOAG as a company.
